We currently operate in Cape Town and surrounding areas including the Southern Suburbs, Atlantic Seaboard, and Northern Suburbs. We're expanding to Johannesburg and Durban soon. Message us on WhatsApp to confirm your area.
When we collect your items, our team photographs and catalogues everything. You can then message our WhatsApp bot to view your inventory at any time — just ask "what do I have stored?" and it'll send you a full list with photos. Request any item by name to book a retrieval.
Standard orders placed before 10am are delivered the same evening. For urgent same-day requests, message us directly on WhatsApp and we'll do our best. An express surcharge may apply depending on timing and availability.
Basic storage cover is included in every plan. For high-value items — jewellery, electronics, artwork — let us know upfront so we can advise on additional cover. Our warehouse is alarmed, monitored 24/7, and access-controlled.
Just message us on WhatsApp to cancel — no forms, no admin. We'll arrange delivery of all your items within 5 working days. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum notice period required.
